Hardee's Makes Good on Disappointing Meal

My husband contacted Hardee's (I don't know at what level or how.) about they disappointing Steakhouse Thickburgers.  He has received a couple of calls from managers at different levels As well as a personal note and a $15 gift card from the General Manager.  I'm still hesitant to go back to the same restaurant, but I do appreciate their effort to make up for the substandard food we received last week.
